Stupid McAfee

I have this stupid McAfee scanner. It's called "VirusScan Enterprise", version 8.0i. It would be nice to click a few buttons to temporarily disable it, when I'm doing some things like figuring out why my DVD isn't burning correctly. But that's apparently not how it works.

Here are the processes that you need to disable:

1) VsTskMgr.exe
2) FrameworkService.exe
3) McShield.exe
4) naPrdMgr.exe
5) UpdaterUI.exe
6) mcconsol.exe

Now, it's not as easy as killing the processes, because the Administrator user doesn't have permissions. So my first idea is to kill it at startup time, by using "msconfig."

Remove registry startup:
1) TBMon
2) SHSTAT
Remove services:
3) McAfee Framework Service
4) Network Associates McShield
5) Network Associates Task Manager
